By purchasing a Regular License, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

❌ Remove copyright notices or attribution
❌ Create templates/themes for resale
❌ Use in SaaS/multi-tenant applications

Oppung Code Store retains all ownership rights to the Product.
You receive a license to use, not ownership of the code.
All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property remain property of Oppung Code Store.
Updates: Available during the specified support period (typically 6-12 months).
Support: Limited to installation issues and bugs present in the original Product.
License is tied to the end product, not the user.
You may transfer the end product to a new owner if:
Original files are deleted.
New owner receives only the compiled end product.
License terms are transferred with the project.
No refunds after download due to the digital nature of Products. See full refund policy for exceptions.
License terminates if you violate terms. Oppung Code Store may revoke access to downloads.
